@lori_ilc: Cookie butter stuffed Teddy Graham funfetti cookies 🧸🍪❤️ soft, gooey centers with a little crunch on top ✨ 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) ¾ cup brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1½ cup cake flour 1½ cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt ½ cup crushed teddy grahams + whole teddy grahams for topping ½ cup rainbow sprinkles ¾ cup cookie butter -Scoop 15-18 small dollops of cookie butter onto parchment paper and freeze while you prep the dough. -In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then add vanilla and mix for another 30 seconds. -Add the flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined. Fold in the crushed Teddy Grahams. -Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. -Preheat the oven to 400°F and line baking 2 sheets with parchment paper. -Scoop dough and press a small indent in the center. Place a frozen cookie butter piece inside, then cover with more dough and seal. Roll in sprinkles and top with 5–6 Teddy Grahams. -Place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes, until the edges are golden. -Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then enjoy! #teddygrahams #funfetticookies #cookies #homemadecookies #creatorsearchinsights
