I sat down with my mentor a few weeks ago and the 😊session started with me sobbing🫠😅 Not a cute cry either... A something is just not right and I don’t feel like myself and I can’t figure out why cry— ugly cry 😭😭 Which is a strange place to be when you literally have every tool in your toolbox. I know how to channel. I know how to do energy work. I know how to access the Akashic Records. I help women clear these exact patterns… And yet there I was. Stuck. Dysregulated. In a state that felt uncomfortably familiar — and that was exactly the problem. My nervous system had been in fight or flight for so long that it had become home. (Yeeeeeeears- probably half my life, up until 2024) My body didn’t want to leave it — not because I wanted to feel that way, but because the nervous system will always choose familiar over better. That’s not weakness. That’s biology. That’s survival programming doing exactly what it was designed to do. I knew I didn’t want to be there… But I couldn’t figure out what was keeping me there. That’s what your own blind spots do. They hide in plain sight. And no matter how gifted you are — your ego and your nervous system will protect those blind spots with everything they have. Which is why even the most gifted healers still see other healers! My mentor and I went in together. Both of us seeing simultaneously… if you’ve never done this before it’s cool AF. Four things came up— a childhood wound, a teenage wound, two galactic past lives— all quietly running the show underneath everything. They were coming up to be cleared now because the next era I’m stepping into… this energy can’t come with. And it was Cleared in one session🤯 The last few weeks I’ve felt more like myself than I have in months— like a massive fucking exhale. Sometimes you need someone to see what you can’t see yourself. But let me be clear— That’s not a limitation of your gift. That’s wisdom🫶🏼 knowing something’s off and asking for insight— instead of suffering in silence.
