@lipstickperfectionist: Almost every person needs MORE moisture. Disclaimer!!! Please do not use crappy clogging weird gloss for this. Always put only the best on undereye skin. I’ve linked what I used. This might be worth trying if you’re over 40 and struggle with your under eyes wrinkling and cracking with your concealer. Sometimes dry skin and makeup can cause under eyes to look worse and more wrinkled with concealer on. The Red tint will help mask a bag and the consistency of gloss will help with hydration issues. Worth a try! Would you try this?
