Let me ask this-tank is running for 3 years now. All is well. Fish are happy. Plants thriving. I do not chase parameters-my levels are all spot on. But my water is NEVER clear. There is always debris, always haze, always a bit of tannins, making it dingy…..20 G w/ 2 sponge filters. I keep thinking about adding a polishing filter-but have a bamboo shrimp & he is a filter feeder-so he needs the junk. 🙈any suggestions y’all have is helpful

With cycling your tank can it take less than four weeks or is that like the minimum, I thought that it kinda depended on how fast your filter can process ammonia and nitrite into nitrate and that it could take less than four weeks.
