They’re still running 125/hr of pit?! I haven’t run that in at least 10 years. We mix 20mu into 500 cc bag of RL for induction and pp and pp we do a loading dose then 75mL an hour. I’m also Canadian

Lmao. We do 30u/500mL. 66cc when babe is out, 333cc at placenta. Titrate down prn, but I do the whole bag at 333. And then 50cc x12 hours for postop🤷♀️

CS gets one bag at bolus in the OR. Second bag at 125 for four hours. SVD gets one bag at 500 for an hour. All our bags are pre-mixed 30 in 500.
