Not OK. First off I hope they refunded her second. She paid for a seat. It’s her seat. We used to travel with all four of our little little kids and there is no way I would want to have one of them sit on my lap for a whole flight. That’s why we buy them their own seats.

United Airlines has been very disappointing. Whether traveling alone or with children, I have felt poorly treated and unsupported. Customers deserve better respect, communication, and service.

Go get a damn good lawyer that’s in the business of suing airlines that caused you severe distress. If you’re haven’t already you need to go to a doctor complaining about stress, etc. the sooner the better the lawyer will tell you everything break it off in them they were in the wrong.
