@ladyy.juju: I may not have experienced all the things I hear others experience, but the bloat, heaviness etc have been unreal! I focus on the following👇🏾 💪🏾strength training 💪🏾protein (eat the same daily) 💪🏾blood sugar management (no sweet sugary stuff) 💪🏾rest (can’t “hang” anymore) 💪🏾reduce stress (as much as I can) I’ll share all the stuff I’ve experience in another post.
