I have a question about Colleen Hoover. I remember reading about Stephen Kings involvement in the movies based on his books. He said something to the effect of once he sold the rights, what happened to the script was out of his hands. So are there authors (like Hoover?) who get to be involved in the movie production? Or was this another example of JB encouraging someone to collaborate who tried to take over

Ryan is interesting. “They had a spine”, “if I were those two guys I’d be”. How hard is or working to keep maxium editors name out of press and talk of the promo ration? So he’s saying they had no spine so should have said no to balke and not accepted his script writes and notes and asserted their contractual rights or even decided to call her bluff and not signed the 17 pt and ended the movie? He makes no sense.
