I was treated badly there. They made me wait a long time, much longer than they had told me, because I hadn't made a reservation in advance. But I was willing to wait; they had told me 25 minutes, and it took almost 40 minutes to be seen. A couple arrived after me, who also hadn't made a reservation, and just because they said they knew the manager, they were shown much further ahead. I told the receptionist about this and asked to speak to the manager because it wasn't fair. The manager approached me and said he couldn't do anything. I asked for the owner's phone number or email address to let him know what had happened. I made it clear to the manager beforehand that I didn't want anything for free. I just wanted to file a complaint with the owner. I sent him an email, but he never replied.

I've been to Caracol, Uribe and now Hugos. The food does not disappoint. Most everything was very tasty. A bit pricey and doesn't include your drink.

A mi me trataron mal ahí, me dejaron esperando mucho tiempo, mucho mas del tiempo que me habían dicho, por qué no realicé una reservación con anticipación, pero igual yo estaba dispuesto a esperar, me habían dicho que 25 minutos y me tardaron casi 40 en pasar. Llegó una pareja después de mí, que tampoco habían hecho reservación y solamente porque dijeron que conocían al manager los pasaron mucho más adelante.. yo le dejé saber eso la recepcionista y pedí hablar con el manager porque no era justo, el manager se acercó y me dijo que no podía hacer nada. Le pedí el teléfono o el correo electrónico del dueño para dejarle saber el suceso. De antemano le dejé saber el manager que no quería que me regalara nada. Solamente quería poner la queja con el dueño, le mandé un email y nunca me contestó,
