You want to have good size and thickness, but also the details. - Vertical Pulls are great for width - Horizontal pulls are great for thickness - I personally like adding a chest supported row whether it’s a high pull for upper back or mid chest. - Traps and rear delt work will bring out some of the details. - Train with purpose, know what you’re working on and where your elbow path is when pulling.
