I recomend this instead. Apply after your shower while you're still wet. Then instead of rinsing you just dry yourself normally with a towel. Smells great and feels a lot better than lotion.

I use this one from Bioderma daily, the composition is cleaner than l’occitane but maybe it’s a French thing. I use it instead of shower gel because my skin is sensitive and prone to eczema. After the shower will shower gel it feels like my skin is trying to tear itself apart but not with the soapy oil

I use a shower oil bc I’ve got skin issues/extra dry skin. It really helps moisturize and repair my skin barrier.

I love the palmers body oil in the shower! I use it with the Tahitian vanilla body butter while I’m still damp and it locks in moisture all day!!!
