I bought one and I love it. I wish the strap was longer. Is there a way to pick a size for the belt strap? I had to go buy a piece of Velcro so it fit comfortably. The strap is just way too tight.

Breaking down fascia? For sure? Sounds like a way to lose shape and form and also increase chance of umbilical hernia. Though, it will increase backwards stretching. I gotta look it up, fascia is important, and most people will say it's bad to mess with it, but "messing with it" is literally the reason that contortionists can bend. There's also fascia remodeling for people with crooked backs and things, it has a certain name, and it's good stuff. Breaking down the fascia in the abs though, i'm not positive, but maybe that's good.
