Anyone that says Gabriel is better than Saliba is talking utter nonsense, respectfully. Just watch City's goals over the past few years (the Haaland ones especially), and watch who's at fault for most of them. Then look at how they both influence build up, then look at who can actually defend the best players in the world on the ground.

Gabriel has took the plaudits because of his goals when we’ve been on form … but when things got shaky , so did Gabriel. Panicking in possession and lumping it at times … Saliba hasn’t faltered , still plays his game , no matter the circumstances !

Saliba was the best tbh. Gabriel has so many cluch momemnt that i don't blame people to think he was better, but the fact is Saliba was by far the best defensively. omg i can't image how many very good strikers in prem and ufc dominated by him without shouting, without foul.

Gabriel is a brilliant cb probably my favorite of the two, I love his all action, aggressive, monster heading approach, he walks in to most if not all the top teams. Saliba just plays effortlessly & always seems to be in control. I’m very happy to have both at my club.
