@explaining_things4: Fun Fact: Audi gets its name from the Latin translation of its founder's last name. The company was founded by August Horch, whose last name "Horch" means "listen" in German. When he started a new car company after leaving his first one, he translated "listen" into Latin, which became Audi. The famous four-ring logo represents four companies that merged together in 1932 to form Auto Union. Those companies were Audi, DKW, Horch, and Wanderer. Today, Audi is known worldwide for its luxury vehicles and advanced technology. The brand's slogan "Vorsprung durch Technik" means "Progress through Technology." Audi also became famous for its quattro all-wheel-drive system, which helped dominate rally racing in the 1980s. Today, Audi is part of the Volkswagen Group and remains one of the most recognized luxury car brands in the world. 🚗 #Audi #CarHistory #VorsprungDurchTechnik #Quattro #AutoUnion

Timing the reveal by turning around the first key to secure your attention on the brands first was a great touch of effective and subtle direction. I’m generally observant but when I first saw the ad, I was surprised how I didn’t see the Audi brand until it was fully formed.
