As someone who’s has lost and is loosing weight make sure to eat high fiber food but not lots of it make sure to buy whole meal bread as it will fill you up for longer and it’s better for you. Make sure to keep your your protein intake try to consume 70-100g of protein a day. Also replace junk food with fruit e.g apple,pears and other fruit. Make sure to have a whole meal sandwich two slices of bread and minimise butter. You will be Hungary before dinner make sure to eat some more fruit instead of junk food. Then for dinner make sure to make a high protein and high fiber but low in sugars and fats. Meal ideas, Vegtable pasta bake, Bolognss. Make sure to NEVER SKIP A MEAL. And if you feel “Hungary” always try and eat an apple if you don’t want an apple then you’re not Hungary. Make sure to try and walk around as well try and hit 10k but don’t stress over it. Hope this helps this has helped me a lot I went from 97kg-87kg in 2-3 months just keep at it and make sure to do exercise as well to help build fitness. I've just made this for my tea tonight,i added S+P seasoning and curry sauce (50 cals) and it was 10/10 🤤 definitely making this every weekend now 😊 thank you (my macros were 613 calories 57.3 protein HUGE bowl)
