@simonbeard_official: Big mistake I see people making with AI agents. The first 80 percent of any build takes about ten minutes and the dopamine hit is insane. So instead of pushing through the hard last 20 percent it is so much easier to just start something new. Another idea, another 80 percent progress, another hit. But if you never finish anything you never actually create any value. You just end up with a mess of unfinished projects losing context everywhere. I have been sucked into this myself. The discipline is in chunking it into manageable pieces, solving one actual problem end to end, and staying with it until it is done. Finish the thing. That is where the value lives.
It biggest question is not the how can it help business, it’s The Who can be embedded in business to hold their hands through this transitionz

Facts! There is still a human element at the backend that requires execution from you! I have multiple projects like this and now I’m circling back finishing them🤦♂️it generates content and workflow so easy but still needs human touch

2 years in and that is some of the best advice anyone could take. Making it work is the easy bit, error correction or real world operation , that’s a whole world of hurt. Test it on humans, not friends or family, they are too forgiving
