as a call operator, i used to blame the Housekeeping team when guests complained about delayed requests. in reality, the delay was due to my own mistake, as i forgot to submit the request on behalf of the guest😂😭

Omo sometimes it's funny 🤣 a customer stayed in our room for a week and the day he wanted to check out he reminded me to make sure the ac is fixed for the next customer since we kept telling him they will fix it 😂,we both ended up laughing 🤣🤣
