Thr advertised oz should be of the liquid. If I buy a 2L of soda its 2L of soda. If I buy a gallon of milk its 1 gallon of milk. When something is listed as a specific ounce then that needs to be what the customer receives.

I used to work at Starbucks we used to have size specific scoops for ice not a single one of those cups look like they have the right amount of ice and some don’t even have the right ice

its not about the ice its about how much is goin in the cup thats a lie. our new coffee maker has the cup lines and numbers on back and carafe part. 6 cups it says, its 2 cups in a measuring cup.
