This is so beautifully said 😅 loving someone with ADHD really is different… the intensity, the deep conversations, the way they show up with their whole heart. It can feel overwhelming at times but also incredibly genuine. I remember feeling mentally drained sometimes though, low energy and just out of sync trying to keep up. It got confusing at times. Then in a women’s group I saw Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I tried it and wow—28 lbs down, clearer mind, steady energy, felt more grounded in everything. feels like something nobody talks about, my favourite one

I learned that from my gf. She has adhd and I’m a very calm dude that never showed affection since I never really got much attention as a kid. She’s the nicest girl ever but it definitely took me a while to get used to someone caring about me so much. I’m blessed to have her.
