I love the way that you experiment with food 💗 If it does not turn out exactly the way you wanted it to, you just move on it’s okay. I’m normally a perfectionist and get so discouraged when something does not turn out but seeing you be so chill about it has helped me tremendously

I hate deep frying at home too. Dutch oven (high sides) with low level of oil helps ease the angst, but then there’s the post fry dilemma of what to do with the used oil esp when frying is a rare activity.
