@cleanupwithjo: day 1 challenging myself to one hour of cleaning, tidying and productivity until my house isn’t an impossible mess anymore 🫶🏻 with a mumma’s girl in tow, wish me luck… #cleaningmotivation #speedclean #mumlife #cleanwithme #laundry
That’s so smart 🥲 one hour is not completely overwhelming and you can find 1h in everyday!! That’s so good

I stopped folding my baby's clothes and just toss them into sorted baskets. It has saved me so much time, really recommend especially as they get older.

You did not fail day one, you just did it in installments 😄 that absolutely counts.

That’s how I did it. Clothes for outings were hung and the rest put in draws.

Housework is never ending. So a timed approach is a really good way to deal with it. Also for those items your baby grows out of. I used keep a basket on hand to throw them into. The overwhelm from ‘I need to sort that drawer out’ is too much. I found it much easy to chuck it int a basket as soon I realised it was too small. Then box it up when full.

A new series! I'm here for it. But one hour might be too much. Adjust it if you need to.

Would recommend also taking some time out to write out some lists of what actually needs sorting and putting it into categories so that when you do come to your cleaning hour, your not necessarily just stood there like 'well where do i start?'
Also, maybe look into vaccum bags for the 0-3 clothes so they take up less space whilst stored too
