my water company doesn't allow us to touch the meter. any repair close to the meter need to call them to repair or ask their permission first. if not, huge fines if it were found out 😳😳😳

There is a rubber tape on amazon that works great. It looks like electric tape but it’s silicone. “Self fusing silicone tape”
