my little cousin got these for her birthday, they last probably a day or two without coming off, but if you rub at them after that they come off instantly. actual henna is a stain, and will stay on at least 5 days, and up to multiple weeks as long as you take care of it (coming from someone who has henna on nearly constantly and has been since 10)
