it's not like "they want to charge more depending on the region" it's more like they need to charge more. for example, blenders like this need to be UL, ETL, FDA certified for the US market and for the European market it needs to be CE, EN certified. So when you place an order like 3000 pcs, they will test the products and certify that batch according to the region's required standards and because of that the price varies.

Yeah they do charge more depending on the country. It' a universal thing. A long long time ago I asked Samsung why we as a importer we were able to buy Samsung from our colleague importer in Germany a lot cheaper and they would still make a profit. They answered because Belgium is a rich country and we should pay more. It was about a 15% difference for us. Germany got them at the least 20% cheaper.
