hey so also a great thing to do is to talk calmly to the bird , dont get very close to them but look at their eyes while you are talking. That will help the bird to get used to your voice and also buy a seed stick and feed with your hand a bit over the stick so they could climb and start eating it.

What i would personally recommend is that you have to get a bigger cage for the first days I think that is ok but he get like used to you after get a bigger cage for what you can afford and he has no toys he just has a stick get him some sticks or platforms🥰anyway it’s your bird🌺🥰🥰
