Another thing we are not taught is how to heal from all the belief system that has shape us to have such thought pattern… and the healing method is different for all but the goal is the same … to unlearn and rediscover our selves ..so if we are to chase anything let it first be a relationship with self to develop an understanding of who we are, what we stand for and what we will no longer accept as truth. Then when entering a relationship with another it will hit different when it’s coming from a place of self love.

tienes que amarte a ti mismo,buscar lo que te complementa ,no hay que agradar aunque te lo enseñen de pequeño. todo se puede cambiar en si ,si crees en ti y quererte a ti mismo, puedes conseguir lo que desees , lo primero eres tú ,y lo de alrededor es un complemento a tu ,cojes y dejas lo que se necesita.

Quel est l’intérêt de vivre pour est en fonction des autres si c’est pas passer votre vie à porter un masque et être malheureux. Dans ma culture (Française), notre bonheur et celui de nos enfants est le plus important. Si vous êtes heureux alors votre famille sera heureuse aussi.
