My county doesn’t allow them…the smallest house allowed is 860 sq feet & cannot be a trailer. I researched it for 2 years hoping there may be a change but nope!

Sir, are you trying to convince people that utilities on raw land is over $400k? I know that's not true, so what's your point? Yes, you have to do those things like a mobile home, but it ain't $400k. that's the home prices now.

Nobody's not being pulled into that broom. That is a fact. A smaller home is a lot. Better, cheaper, less electricity bill heating bill. The cost is a lot cheaper. I know you just buy larger property land and put that small house red on it. Your live better than a king
