Coat in flour, then eggs, then panko. Fry until golden and cooked through. Ingredients – Mashed Potatoes: - 700 g potatoes - 150 g butter - 200 ml hot milk - Salt Method: Boil potatoes, mash and pass through a sieve. Dry in a pot, add hot milk, then butter. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season and serve. 🇮🇹 Cordon Bleu di Pollo & Purè di Patate Ingredienti – Cordon Bleu: - 1 fetta di petto di pollo - 2 fette di prosciutto di tacchino - 1 fetta di Asiago - Farina - Uova - Pangrattato (panko) - Olio per friggere Procedimento: Farcisci il pollo con prosciutto e formaggio, chiudi bene. Passa in farina, uova e panko. Friggi fino a doratura. Ingredienti – Purè: - 700 g patate - 150 g burro - 200 ml latte caldo - Sale Procedimento: Bollisci le patate, schiacciale e passale al setaccio.
