Stoicism is a motivational thinking, not a way of life. you can do anything with it but can't live happily if you don't allow yourself to fail and give yourself permission to feel weak sometimes. If you don't dose it, you'll never feel satisfied with what you already accomplished in your whole life and could die unhappy. Be careful with being stoic, it's like everything : dose it properly.
