if i don't wash off all off the oil for more than 30s it won't all come off unless I rub it on my towel. and no matter what I do my face is oily again so I just stopped trying all together because nothing works.

I learn - no touching face during day - no plucking bear with hands - face wash gently, no apply pressure - massage face with cleansing oil gently - no fry food
