@_iiamjvs: Intentional Back day 🍋🎀 |👇🏽👇🏽 1️⃣ Neutral-grip lat pulldown (close grip) → elbows to hips, control the stretch 2️⃣ Single-arm lat pulldown – 3x8–10/side → long stretch + pause + squeeze Upper back = detail & definition 3️⃣ Chest-supported row (upper back) – 3x8 → chest up, pull wide, no ego lifting 4️⃣ Inverted rows – 3x10 → bodyweight control > rushing reps 5️⃣ Rear delt fly – 3x12–15 → slow + controlled for that 3D look Pull-up practice (optional but GOLD) → assisted/banded – 2–3 sets Train your back with intention and watch your shape change.
