This video comforted me because I had creatinine in my blood work but kidneys were good. I am a bit concerned but when I tested I was eating meat based. So 🤷🏻♀️. I was happy my kidneys were better than they used to be.

Is it ok for people with one kidney? I only have one and my team wants me to eat no more than 80-90g protein daily and that’s really hard to do on carnivore! I’ve been eating more against their advice and a bit nervous. Haven’t done blood work yet

Day 16 for me. Strict except for fire salt. I did not weigh before I started. I feel better and inflammation is down. But I don’t think I’ve lost any weight at all which is upsetting. I will stay the course.

Thanks for the video! I need to have the test you mentioned in the video. My creatinine went up, but my filtration rate and all other numbers were way better. Documented in my medical records is that last year my filtration rate was 55 (stage 3 kidney disease) and as of a few weeks ago my one year carnivore labs has my filtration rate at 63 (stage 2 kidney disease). Been wonderful doing the carnivore diet!
