i agree with all but my children would be baptized under a different religion, but yes i absolutely agree im gonna raise my children teaching them about God and im gonna have them at least try to go to church, if they don’t like it im not forcing them cause i want religion to be something they choose to build a relationship with God, and not something forced on them. and ill raise them knowing they don’t have to follow my religion or any religion , but before they start having a decision on what religion they want I’m gonna at least teach them about God and have them baptized.

shouldn't you wait for them too decide to be baptized? I thought that was supposed to be a personal decision that showed your devotion to your God? in my religion we aren't allowed to become devotees until adulthood so we are older and more understanding of the sacrifice we are making to honor and worship the god we are devoted to. is it some form of good luck? like good fortune? my father was baptized as a child, and he had decided to be baptized again in his 40s when he found God because he felt that the unconsentual baptization of him as a child meant nothing because he was a baby who could never have decided to be devoted in the first place. Can you educate me?
