Curved bar is the biggest red flag but I’ve had fresh piercings be super red and swollen and were fine after a week

Go to a different piercer and have them look at it cuz A. It’s suposed to be a staple bar and B. It shouldn’t be doing that after 3 days

I’m sorry but it’s time to take it out. Mine looked like that and 2 weeks later it started filling with puss and left a huge scar on my face

I would be safe and go to another pierced. Most times they will change your jewelry free, just need to buy the correct jewelry. But no matter what they can at least look at it and let you know what’s going on

it looks quite tight for such a fresh piercing. and the curved bar does worry me. honestly can you call the shop and see if they can replace it with a longer one for now til you're healed? it seems like they didn't account for swelling when they sized it...

i pierced mine with a curved bar and it was quite bruised and swollen for about a week. ik the curved bar isnt the right one for an anti but i wanted so bad so i did it and ive had it for probably 3 months now and its fine so far. its more likely to reject with a curved bar bc of cheekbone anatomy but as long as you take care of it properly and change the bar to a shorter one when swelling goes down it should last you a while.

definitely needs a staple bar, its very likely to reject with a curved bar. Id recommend going to a different piercer and have them take it out for you

The “anti eyebrow” should be a surface bar (looks like a big staple) please remove this to minimize scaring and possible migration. It will reject!

I woukd reach out to another piercer and see if they woukd be able to fit you with proper jewelry or remove it and try again when it heals
