I've had one of the Core tents for a while and it does so good been through hail, 50mph winds, rain, for 100$ well worth it.

Sadly after some regular use (maybe 5 trips in a year) it broke... :/ yes it is easy to set up and convenient for family trips, but not the best durability. It honestly takes just as long to set up my regular tent :)

To get it up and open it’s two mins but with the fly trap it’s about 3mins. It’s super stress free and one of our favorite core tents yet

Definitely took more than two minutes but I have the rainfly version and it held up to thunderstorms. No water got into the tent.

Looks like the model the have been selling in the past. Set up is easy. Getting it back in the carrying case is not as easy but still very manageable. ☺️

i have used this tent at coachella for car camping and at the beach, honestly best tent. it’s very tall and spacious. we were able to fit 2 cots, 2 beach chairs, and a folding table inside of it. we literally made it to where it was like two bedrooms since it comes with a middle divider

Got this same tent for free from a friend (the older Walmart/Ozark Trail version). I've been using it for the past few years with my gf and its actually pretty nice. Has plenty of room for a queen air mattress with walking room on either side and it has a mesh square with a cover flap at the base that's perfect for a 40V fan. Idk if this version has it or not but mine has built-in LED lighting that runs off a USB power pack. It handles light storms and such fine but I wouldn't get it if bad weather is a part of your plans, also has 6 outrigger lines to tether it down. We still use it each season when we want a more "glamp" kind of night. Takes me 5 minutes or so to set it up by myself. Trick to packing and unpacking it is keep going in a circle around it folding the legs out 1 section at a time. Once all the legs are together roll it like a burrito. Hope the impromptu tent review helps lol
