@peytonparrish: I wrote this song because I was tired of trying to prove to myself I’m saved, prove my own righteousness to others, living to a standard only the Lord could truly live out. That is why he went to the cross for all of my sins. We are saved by the Lords free Gift of Grace! By faith, through faith in Christ and in Christ alone, and not of ourselves.
