I am just curious though, why aren't people curious? Why don't they do deep or deeper dives? As a child, I understood that I didn't get the full history...our history is broad & vast. While I didn't know there were so many lies, I did study on my own. I do not understand why people are not curious about history. Knowing history is important. Where we came from; what worked in the past & what didn't. I learned American History & I studied World History on my own. I am still learning...

My stupid ass thought I was learning history. I have always considered myself a history nerd. Turns out, I only learned what I was "supposed" to learn. Spent a few years relearning just about everything. I am handing down the important information to my children. We take their history lesson from school and discuss what the actual stories are. Who the real people were behind the event and what things the school leaves out.
