I used to give my cats, "cow milk." Then I googled it and lactose free milk is ok for them to drink.

Garlic is something else that you shouldn't give cats... I.E. any food products containing Garlic.

I have to be more careful not to let my kitties lick my plate. They're always wanting to lick the salty taste. Also, one of my cats LOVES cheese. I have to really work on not letting him get a little piece or too.
