David Hull, an agent with the Utah Department of Public Safety, testified on Tuesday (July 7) about videos showing Robinson moving through the Utah Valley University campus before Kirk was shot, including eating at a Chick fil A in the student union before climbing atop the Losee building.

"Again, in the top left corner, the individual is now seen running across the rooftop of the Losee building to what would be the southwest corner of the building, crouching down and then crawling to the corner of the building," Hull said. Hull said you can see the person "lying prone." "You believe this to be Mr. Robinson?" asked Ryan McBride, chief of the General Crimes Section at the Utah County Attorney's Office. "I do, yes," Hull answered. "And how long is he out there on the edge of the building?" McBride asked. "Just until the reported shot was fired at 12:23 and 28. Individual then stands up and then moves across the building to the north," Hull answered. "Is that what we're seeing happening right now?" McBride asked. "It is, yes. They move behind the atrium area on the rooftop to the northeast corner, where the white triangle is," Hull answered. "Do you see Mr. Robinson now?" McBride asked. "I do, yes. He's just arriving at the corner of the building, the almost top center of the image," Hull answered. "What are we seeing now?" McBride asked. "Mr. Robinson lowering and jumping off of the roof of the Losee building onto the grass area, and then moving away towards Campus Drive and he appears to be carrying some kind of an object in his hand at this time," Hull answered. Robinson "then crosses Campus Drive and drops down into the wooded area on the far side of Campus Drive." That's where police found a rifle wrapped in a towel, which they believe Robinson used to kill Kirk. You can watch all testimony unedited on my YouTube channel or Facebook page.
