This wouldn't even get to court in the UK. Here a DNR is not legally binding it has to be accompanied by an ADRT. We also have the Good Samaritan Act which protects individuals for situations like this.

a DNR (do not resuscitate order) is a document which tells medical professionals not to revive a patient. this will normally be for a specific form of resuscitation, and this will be for a specific reason. for example this person has just had surgery on their heart, this DNR prevents chest compression to avoid any damage to the recent surgery. You don't get them tattooed on your person, I mean you could, but the tattoo would never count as an official DNR.
