I essentially raised my first daughter with my bestie (her Dad was not a helpful parent). After I separated from my ex, I asked my bestie if she wanted to have another baby with me as a platonic partner. We used donor sperm for an IUI and are due next month! Living together and writing a new story!

A bunch of my mama friends from around the US and I have talked about this! Getting a piece land, our own living quarters but having a little area in the middle that we could gather, do Sunday dinners, have a huge play structure, garden for those that have a green thumb and have a little community. Doing this single handedly is no joke fr!

My very best friend is another single mother by choice and our kids were almost exactly 4 weeks apart. We did everything together we traveled together we lived close to each other. We supported each other when we needed babysitting. We were everything she was my partner in every way, except romantic.
