I ordered one off Amazon (they were the only ones that had it) and when it showed up I saw why. They just printed their own version and stamped it "Amazon Printing." It was like a university prof had printed their own version to save students money. Just awful paper/a cover they made. I went to return it and they just sent me a refund and said keep it. Even they didn't want to bother with it anymore.
