Make sure to save up for a much bigger set up! Hamsters naturally love to burrow and forage for seeds, so they need at least 8 inches of bedding. A wheel, sand bath for bathing, and hides are essential as well, and different substrate textures (coconut husk chips, paper bedding, aspen bedding, etc.)

I suggest getting a dust bath because they can’t take water bath also if you want you can get a bigger cage I suggest 100x50x50 cage just saying but it looks so cute
