I know plenty of people self employed. No sick pay. No holiday. Not guaranteed monthly pay. Out in the wet and cold. Over an hour commute. Loads more stress. Doing invoices etc late at night.

I work for myself and I love it but I understand why people work a job , they want stability and the routine and also be able to plan their days off etc also they have security- sick pay pensions etc.

I have just handed my notice in to my company to start doing lashes from home. Had a massive wake up call when my dad had a heart attack and I was made to feel bad for taking time off even though I took it unpaid!
