For all the really scared mothers to be in the comments I’d like to remind you every labour ,pregnancy and pain tolerance is different you will not be doing what this lady is doing and I’d also like to remind you that remaining as calm as you can be is key your anxiety and stress hormones slow down blood flow making your muscles tense and making labour more painful
