I’m currently on day 8 of my 10day progesterone tablets I have to take them three times a day daily so that I can get a period is it normal to feel sore and achy and extremely tired

I have zero progesterone back in 2021. I ended up being on my period nonstop for an entire year until the doctor put me on progesterone birth control. I did not want to be on that because what is the point I still would like to try to have a kid fast-forward to now I’ve been off of it since January and my period started back up in March. It’s literally been nonstop and going through an ultra tampon within an hour hour and a half. It is maddening and I’m on my fourth doctor now to try to figure out what to do.
