you can kindddd of tell a slight difference between anxiousness and a gut feeling, anxiousness you usually feel in your stomach and you feel a bit sick, but a gut feeling is something you can’t shake at all and it just keeps coming back to you, idk if this helps at all cus it’s quite hard to explain but i struggle with differentiating them both as well
