I had this happen to me before, but when you cash it they ask for a gift card with half of the money and the the person was sent a certified check through the mail and it looks legit, but it didn’t feel right. So if they send you $5000 they want you to send them $3000 in gift cards and you were supposed to get $2000 as like payment for cash app.
