Love chicken and corn soup but not with the noodles. I would emit them and serve over rice or by itself.

I cook the chicken on high for 4hrs on its own, shred inside the slow cooker add all other ingredients. Add a splash of water to the egg to thin & pour from high whilst stirring the soup in a circle to get egg ribbons. Serve with fresh spring onion

I add grated carrot and zucchini in mine, and lots of egg, I usually do 4-6 eggs.

It looks good but if you buy a cooked chook this soup takes about 10 minutes on the stove top.

I love this and make a very similar one but I make the noodles separately and then add the noodles to to bowls then put my soup on top ❤️

I make this with a roasted chicken and no noodles on the stove, takes 10 mins to make. top it with sesame oil and some spring onion and it's top tear!
