Used urgent care many times. One time I used it, they were telling people they had no more room to see them. About 4 people told this.

The one in Warnambool is never open as they have no staff. This id a Labor government initiative which doesn't actually work

Ive been a few times, can still be a few hours wait though. Also virtual emergency room is also great. Got a prescription in like 20 mins.

I waited in the er for 13 hours for gallbladder attack…what do you know I was admitted and needed emergency surgery. 🥺

Urgent Care clinics needs to be spoken about more! 👏 I went to one after a minor car accident instead of waiting hours in the ED and it was quick and easy

I know in Victoria depending on what you need you can do a Telehealth appointment with 13sick I did one last night I had a doctor call me within 10mins they are bulk billed with a Medicare card

Always walk in service but don’t always expect to be seen in a short time. You still can wait 3 hours and if emergencies come in (and they do regularly) you can be bumped down like a ED. We can call capacity as early as 6 pm because of the amount of people waiting. Generally one Dr, so you also need to bring your patience too 😃

Unfortunately not enough people are using them & they might close . People probably think you have to pay., so still clogging the hospitals. There’s no need to go on about what to go with as complaints, you could also put people off. It’s not complicated. It’s longer hours GP . That it. You go for what ever you go to your doctor for that can’t wait.

Wow how Lucky are you? My urgent care is always so busy & often they they turn patients away. We don’t always have a GP sometimes a nurse practitioner. Also the wait has never been under an hour 😐
